LTS Levels
SWIM LESSONS: THE LIFE-SAVING SKILLS THAT WILL LAST A LIFETIME.
• The Learn-to-Swim programme teaches the principles of aquatic safety, water orientation and survival techniques – the basic aquatic skills
• Up to 4 lessons per week
• Duration of lessons: 15 or 30 minutes
Equipment required: Purple Cybersmart Swim Cap, Kickboard.

AXOLOTL (SPLISH-SPLASH)
- Size of class: One-on-One
- Duration of lessons: 15 or 30 minutes; Up to 4 lessons per week
Focus of Level
- Water Safety Skills.
Program:
- Assisted pool entry and exit.
- Submerging of face while blowing bubbles.
- Basic kicking using pool noodle & kickboards.

BLUEFISH (CRESTING WAVES)
- Size of class: Up to 2 swimmers per coach
- Duration of lessons: 15 or 30 minutes; Up to 4 lessons per week
Focus of Level:
- Water Safety Skills from "Bluefish' & Fundamental Aquatic skills
Program:
- Breathing control during kicking while using equipments.
- Retrieving objects from pool floor, unaided pool entry & exit.
- Basic underwater swimming & introduction to dolphin kick.
- Unassisted floating. Back to Front rotation & vice-versa.
- Front & back glide 3-5m with and without a floatation device.
- Introduction to basic Breaststroke.

CROCODILE (AQUA-KIDS)
Dive into our thrilling swim program designed for maximum excitement:
- Enjoy personalized attention with classes of up to 2 swimmers per coach, ensuring focused learning and progress.
- Choose between action-packed 15 or 30-minute lessons, with up to 4 sessions per week for rapid improvement.
- Explore the "Crocodile" level, mastering water safety skills alongside fundamental aquatic techniques.
- Experience thrilling activities like breathing control during kicking, retrieving objects from the pool floor, and mastering the dolphin kick and basic breaststroke.
- Dive into unassisted pool entry and exit, basic underwater swimming, and perfect your floating and rotational skills.
- Glide effortlessly through the water with front and back glides, both with and without flotation devices, and embrace the introduction to the majestic breaststroke.

DOLPHIN (SUBMERGED SOLUTIONS)
- Size of class: 2 to 4 swimmers per coach.
- Duration of lessons: 15 or 30 minutes; Up to 4 lessons per week.
Focus of Level:
- Continue with Fundamental Aquatic Skills from 'Crocodile' with stroke-improvement & confidence.
Program:
- Unadded Freestyle Swimming for a minimum of six meters.
- Improved Freestyle and Backstroke arm action.
- Back & front kicking. Introduction to bilateral breathing.
- Breaststroke kick & pull, introduction to basic glide(s).
- Butterfly introduction to the correct breathing pattern.
- The tumble-turn-school.
- Unassisted float on back and front with kicking up to 12 meters.

EEL (UNDERWATER ADVENTURES)
- Size of class: Up to 4 swimmers per coach
- Duration of lessons: 15 or 30 minutes; Up to 4 lessons per week
Focus of Level:
- Continued Stroke Improvement from ‘Dolphin’
- In-depth focus on all four strokes
- Swimming for at least 12.5m unaided
- Stroke Refinement – Build confidence, improved strokes & gain
Program:
- Refining of the streamline position; Freestyle and Backstroke.
- Swimming underwater, advanced tumble-turns.
- Refine Breaststroke kick & arm, timing of glide, pull and kick.
- Improved butterfly kick, pull and breathing.
- Introduction to diving from the wall.

FLAMINGO (DEEP END LEARNING)
- Size of class: Up to 4 swimmers per coach
- Duration of lessons: 15 or 30 minutes; Up to 4 lessons per week
Focus of Level:
- Proficiency
- Continued Stroke development from ‘Eel’
- Swimming for at least 25m
Program:
- All 4 swim disciplines, enforcing the BLABT technique.
- Swimming underwater.
- Practice drills to help improve strokes.
- Underwater for each stroke.
- Preparation for the Stroke-Correction levels.
- Focus on efficiency & gain ability to swim greater distances.
